The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time.

Symptoms

This error message appears when trying to open or edit an access database.

Resolution

This message will occur if another process or user has the Access database open.
Check the permissions on the file and the folder. Ascertain whether you can create and edit or delete temporary files. Temporary files are created in the same folder as the database. The file may also be created in other folders such as the WINNT folder.
